• Derivative Data: Server logs and access data are retained for up to 90 days for security monitoring and are then automatically deleted.
• After Account Deletion: When you request account deletion, all your personal data, pet records, and associated information are permanently deleted from our databases within 30 days of processing your request, except where retention is required by applicable law.
